One of the best ways to push yourself in the gym is to have a workout partner. You keep each other accountable and are there to help push one another. Best of all, you have a support system that can ensure you are safe when training as well. However, you need to understand how to be a good spotter to ensure your training partners safety as well as your own.
Pushing your body to the limit isn't something many people can say they do regularly. But as someone who takes their health and fitness seriously, you need to understand how to be a good spotter and how it plays into helping build a more impressive physique.
