Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking another motivated, sales-driven individual to join Evogen Nutrition as an Inside Sales Representative in a rapidly growing elite organization in the sports nutrition market. This individual will pair best-in-class products with a best-in-class customer experience for B2B clients. This position will play a vital role in achieving our sales targets by actively identifying, contacting and prospecting potential customers and opportunities, building and solidifying relationships, and creating solutions that successfully close sales with new and existing sports nutrition clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote Evogen Nutrition products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by collaborating with each to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance team member performance.
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to coordinate onsite visits to provide a first-rate customer service experience and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of Evogen Nutrition products.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Fulfill/exceed target departmental KPI attributes built to measure milestones of success and identify potential opportunities for growth for each individual.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and update customer information, sales activities, and product inventory levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and increase team member performance.
  • Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have related to Evogen Nutrition products.
  • May attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Evogen Nutrition and network with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure timely order processing and delivery to support the quality and efficiency of Evogen Nutrition customer service standards.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies, marketing materials, and product offerings.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven inside sales experience, in the sports nutrition, health and wellness, and/or dietary supplement industry. (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively persuade customers.
  • Results-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and monitor sales activities.
  • Knowledge of sports nutrition products, ingredients, and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Sales Representative - Canada

Do you have a passion for sales and a desire to work in the exciting world of sports nutrition? If so, then we want you on our team! The Canadian Sales Rep is responsible for working directly with Director of International Sales to identify new potential Canadian retailers and/or distributors in market to drive department revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Responsible for following new customers through the full onboarding process.
  • Effectively place product with retailers throughout Canada.
  • Develop sales opportunities that drive revenue.
  • Build existing customers through innovative ideas.
  • Secure meetings with potential new customers.
  • Identify customer needs and prepare presentations.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeframes.
  • Track and provide guidance as sales cycle progresses.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Complete regular reporting to management to track progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5 + years in Sales with sport supplements industry preferred.
  • International sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer capabilities, including MS Office applications.
  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to work with and maintain information of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.

Quality Control - Labeling Specialist 

Irving, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Labeling Specialist will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of product labeling and packaging initiatives at Evogen Nutrition. This role is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and compliance of Evogen product labeling is fulfilled from product to product. individual will work with an internal cross functional team to support existing and new product launch timelines. The candidate will ensure all labeling supporting documentation and final approved labeling documents (approved content, final artwork, proofs, etc.) match. They will also work with contract manufacturers on fulfilling labeling and packaging requirements. Candidate should have a working knowledge of US dietary supplement and food product labeling requirements.

Role requires timely coordination, tracking, maintenance and review of labeling and packaging projects to support market demands. The right individual should be self-motivated, organized and able to effectively handle multiple projects and timelines at once. Project reporting for assigned milestones is expected.

As required, this individual will also assist in other duties as assigned to support company activities. Lastly, the individual will be responsible for adhering to the Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect for their respective role.

Operations Associate 

Irving, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REPORTS TO: Operations

The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting Business Operations Management at Evogen Nutrition. This individual will work with the team ensuring that data entry and administrative tasks are completed to support the day-to-day order replenishment and/or distribution process at Evogen. This role is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks in support of the Operations department at Evogen Nutrition. The candidate will ensure all orders are entered as needed and regularly collaborate with operations management to determine task assistance needs. *Supply Chain Experience a plus.

The right individual should be self-motivated, organized and able to effectively handle multiple tasks and timelines at once. To be successful, top candidates should possess strong excellent communication habits, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

As required, this individual will also assist in other duties as assigned by management to support company activities. Lastly, the individual will be responsible for adhering to the Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect for their respective role.
