By using a unilateral dual cable pulldown machine, you can vary the grip throughout the rep and easily change to other grips like a power grip to vary the contraction of the muscle. This allows you to hit different areas of the back in the same set.
Pro Tip: It's super important to pose, hold and stretch in between sets to maximize contraction and the mind muscle connection.
